No Refund Policy

Since we deliver digital game top-ups instantly, we do not offer refunds for completed orders. All sales are final.

When Refund is NOT Allowed

• ❌ Order already delivered/completed
• ❌ Wrong game ID provided by customer
• ❌ Changed mind after purchase
• ❌ Accidentally purchased wrong item
• ❌ Didn't receive in-game items due to server delay (wait 24 hours)

When Refund MAY Be Considered

• ✅ Order failed/not delivered after 24 hours
• ✅ Duplicate payment charged
• ✅ Technical error from our side
• ✅ Payment deducted but order not created

Refund Process

If eligible, refunds take 3-7 business days to reflect in your original payment method. Contact support immediately for failed orders.

Report an Issue

If your order is not delivered within 24 hours, contact support with your order ID. We will investigate and resolve within 48 hours.
